The market was begging for an integrated, intuitive, reliable, and transparent place to discover potential investments, find proven providers, and manage your order from start to finish.

A content-rich marketplace that engages customers throughout the start to end of homeownership: Provide simple, intuitive discovery, vendor/buyer sourcing, and transaction management. Focus on Home Financing, Improvement, and Sales to cover every step and capture meaningful signals when owners are ready to move to the next big transactional event.

We prototyped Xome 2.0 for internal buy-in and external investments. Including Mission, Strategy, Main features (including owner acquisition, drone photography, and 3D-rendering (for enhanced sales exposure and engagement), home automation services (to preserve and improve investment value), home exhibition, and contractor marketplace. It is entirely built using Apple Keynote to allow executive editing.
